A four-week mindfulness based group for women. Learn about mindfulness in every day life and it’s benefits, cultivate self-compassion, and develop your understanding of ways mindfulness can assist to reduce stress.

What should I expect?
All groups are led by a registered psychologist
Sessions are conducted online
Maximum of 10 participants per group
Groups focus on a distinct topic
Confidentiality and privacy are discussed in the first session and all participants are asked to sign a confidentiality agreement
Group rules and values are also discussed in the first session
Participants will have the opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and raise concerns throughout the program
Participants are provided with notes and materials after each session
