    A four-week mindfulness based group for women. Learn about mindfulness in every day life and it’s benefits, cultivate self-compassion, and develop your understanding of ways mindfulness can assist to reduce stress.

What should I expect?

  • All groups are led by a registered psychologist

  • Sessions are conducted online

  • Maximum of 10 participants per group

  • Groups focus on a distinct topic

  • Confidentiality and privacy are discussed in the first session and all participants are asked to sign a confidentiality agreement

  • Group rules and values are also discussed in the first session

  • Participants will have the opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, and raise concerns throughout the program

  • Participants are provided with notes and materials after each session
